16×9’s 169-HDWC7X-46 EXII Wide Angle Converter is an HD-quality 0.7x add-on lens designed specifically for camcorder lenses using a 46mm filter thread. Providing a 30% wider field of view so you can capture more on-camera action, the converter’s full zoom-through capability translates to no edge vignetting at any point along the zoom range. With three multi-coated glass elements to keep barrel distorton and chromatic aberrations to a minimum, the EXII also offers an improved design and lighter weight over previous EX versions. Its threaded front accepts any 67mm filter, with compatibility extending to Chrosziel sunshades and matteboxes–allowing for high-quality imagery in virtually any shooting environment.
